2 Stars Mosin Nagant stripper clips - they work
I gave these stripper clips 2 stars because the chrome plating peels as soon as you use them. If I had a choice between chrome and no chrome, no chrome would win. I own a couple of Mosin Nagant rifles. I found while using this product that it may very well be up to the gun itself on how well they work. I loaded one rifle with great difficulty with the stripper clip, unloaded the gun. I then loaded a different gun with the same stripper clip and almost got hurt because it loaded it so easy and I was using quite a bit of force in anticipating great difficulty. I did try other clips and again one rifle was difficult while the other was easy to load.
Like I said, they work. I would have given them 5 stars, but the peeling chrome annoys me to no end. Maybe I just got a bad batch.
5 Stars Quick order turn-around & perfectly functional
Order turn-around time was a few days and these clips were perfectly functional out of the bag. Only thing easier was loading, sighting and squeezin’ the trigger. Truth up, I should have bought more of these clips. I will now.
1 Stars Maybe I’m jaded.
I use stripper clips all the time on my Mauser 88. They are a 2 piece spring backed design that fit perfectly in the slot and work like a charm. I can load 5 rounds as fast as 1. So I figured I’d get some for my M91/30
These on the other hand, are a single piece of stamped metal. They fit the slot poorly. Bullets fall out of them, and it is harder, and slower to load 5 shots with the clip then individually without them. I’m sure with a little practice I will get better, but these are in no way good.

I was happy with the speed of sending the stripper clips to me, and they appear to work. I have not yet had the opportunity to use them.

Its a good thing these were cheap because 0 out of 20 fit. What a rip off.
